Our Piano Teachers Can Travel to Your Home
There’s no need to deal with more after school traffic on West Chester Pike or Route 1 than necessary – you can work with an experienced piano teacher in your own home. Mobile Music LLC has worked with kids, teens and adults on the piano for over 15 years, and we are happy to teach beginners and advanced students. Our teachers play at a pro level, have deep piano teaching experience, and will help you or your child work towards specific goals. Work With an Experienced Teacher Who Can Play
The Power of Demonstration
You can find all of the information you need in books or Youtube videos, but working with an experienced teacher is priceless. We will demonstrate concepts like legato and staccato technique, show you how to play with dynamics and proper voicing, and show you in person what it’s like to play the piano at an advanced level. This alone helps students improve much more quickly.

Comprehensive Knowledge of Piano Literature
Our teachers have studied the art of piano teaching, work with students of all skill levels, and continually focus on professional development. Because of this, we are able to assign the right piece, at the right time, to all of our students. Some of our beginners do best with Faber, while adult beginners may prefer Alfred, or even a non-method approach to piano learning. Along the way, we can assign skill level-appropriate music, written by real composers, to our students. This inspires our students to improve, and gives them a sense of fulfillment – it’s very important to play real music as quickly as possible, rather than just drills and exercises.
Experience With All Ages
Kids, teens and adults all have different needs at the piano, despite their skill level. With kids, we include games, activities away from the keyboard, and fun music that will inspire them to practice. High school students enjoy a combination of serious, competition-level piano repertoire and fun music that they can share with friends – this might include arrangements of pop songs, movie themes, and more. With adult students, we try to uncover your specific goals and preferences at the piano. Do you want to play Bach? Or do you have a Stephen Sondheim book gathering dust? Or perhaps you even want to write songs – we are here to help.
Well-Rounded Lessons Rooted in Fundamentals
As a piano student with Mobile Music, you’ll learn to read music fluently, play with both hands, interpret challenging music, practice at home efficiently, identify key and time signatures, play with a steady rhythm, and much more. The skills you acquire will allow you to play Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Contemporary, and popular music genres. If you want to play jazz and improvise, our music theory teaching will set the stage for your development. And if you want to audition for a college music degree, you’ll learn the finger speed and dexterity necessary to perfect challenging audition music. Whatever your goals at the piano may be, we can help you reach them.
